Is the VW Amarok good?
Whichever engine and trim level you go for, the Amarok shows just how far the best pickups have come. It handles really well for a truck, with precise steering and relatively little lean when cornering. The cabin is solidly put together, with lots of space front and rear. A major difference between the two variants is that the engine in the Amarok Core is the single-turbo 125kW/405Nm TDI405 version of the Ford-manufactured four-cylinder mill, backed by a six-speed automatic transmission, while the Amarok Life has a bi-turbo 154kW/500Nm TDI500 diesel that shares its 10-speed automatic .The Hilux has a better ground clearance which is higher than the amarok ,this makes it very convenient when it comes to off-road . The two vehicles have the same towing capacity. When it comes to performance,the amarok has a more torque and a lot of horsepower too . This makes it to be very powerful.
