Is VW We Connect free?
Once the Volkswagen ID user account has been successfully set up and linked to your vehicle, you can use the vehicle-, country-, software- and equipment-specific digital services for an initial contract period free of charge. Soon after you drive your VW off the lot, you’ll receive your account information—including your account number—in the mail. With your account number, you’ll be able to start making payments, enroll in AutoPay, and more on My Account .
