Our Factory Lamborghini Diagnostic equipment (LDAS, LARA and ODIS) is used to diagnose a number of problems quickly and easily, without major work having to be carried out on the vehicle. ODIS (Offboard Diagnostic Information System) is the software that provides us with dealer level diagnostic systems and fault finding that makes it possible to diagnose and program all vehicles of the Volkswagen, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, Audi, Skoda and Seat/Cupra brands.
What is ODIS used for?
ODIS (Offboard Diagnostic Information System) is a diagnostic software used primarily by Volkswagen Group dealerships and authorized service centers to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles from brands like Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda, SEAT, and others. The ODIS system can be download from the relevant ERWIN website. You will need to set up an account for the country that you are in. This is free of charge for Europe. Installing the diagnostic software is relatively straight forward.
Does Audi use ODIS?
Vehicle Compatibility ODIS-S is compatible with all U. S. Volkswagen and Audi vehicles, including models from 1990 to the present. It supports diagnostics and programming for various systems, ensuring comprehensive coverage for maintenance and repair tasks. ODIS S provides full access to all the modules and functions of your VW, while VCDS may have limited access to certain modules. ODIS S is also the only software that can perform online coding, which is necessary for some advanced repairs and programming.
