What does the VW Connect app do?
The Volkswagen app allows you to interact with and monitor your ID vehicle from your mobile device. Features include remote locking and unlocking, remote climate control setting and the ability to check your ID’s battery status remotely. For most newer VW vehicles, the Remote Access feature is available to you for free for 5 years. With Remote Access, you can control select features in your car whether you’re right next to it or you’re miles away.
