What is this lawsuit about? The Lawsuit claims that the sunroofs in the Settlement Class Vehicles may be susceptible to water leakage. The class action lawsuit alleges Nissan has known (or should have known) since 2008 that its panoramic sunroofs had a propensity to explode yet continued to sell and lease cars with this feature without warning drivers and potential customers.Volkswagen has agreed to settle a proposed class action case that alleged certain VW and Audi vehicle models were plagued by leaky panoramic sunroofs. The proposed settlement, if approved by the court, will offer eligible drivers warranty extensions, reimbursements for covered repairs and other benefits.
